super cute top it's solid and not see thru but the back is open which is great for pull days! very supportive has pads that are removable. I have removed them but you wouldn't need to wear a sports bra if you had this on as the material in that area is thicker than other glowmode tops, even without the padding it's supportive so you could just wear the top without the padding and still be held up and supported!
