I really like these 1.2 lb weights. They’re lightweight and comfortable, making them perfect for walking, Pilates, yoga, or adding a little extra resistance to everyday workouts. The adjustable straps make them easy to put on and secure around the wrists or ankles without feeling too bulky. I also like the slim, modern design and neutral color. They come with a convenient storage bag, which is great for keeping them together or taking them to the gym. Overall, a nice option if you want to add gentle resistance without using heavy weights.
