Alright. I was skeptical I could actually run in these. I hold most of my weight in the hips and butt, so it takes up a lot of real estate in shorts. So most flowy running shorts still leave me with chaffed thighs. I ran 3.5 miles in these today as a trial run. These things did NOT budge! They were long enough and the grippy dots in the compression shorts actually worked!!! I will be getting several more in all the colors.

These shorts are so comfortable and lightweight. I love that they come with underneath shorts and not the built in underwear, that in my experience it makes them more revealing. The underneath shorts have pockets and, another plus for me, is the waistband band which is also very comfortable and not as tight as some other shorts that I’ve worn from this brand. I’m wearing a size medium, my measurements are accurate.
