Great period underwear. The size runs a bit small as it's rather tight fitting, so do go a size up

they are great for heavy flow because i feel more protected and the sanitary pads glue good on them. I havent tried using without the pad but at least I feel like my butt is protected at work. I bought this twice and I recommend it to anyone looking for the protection behind.
