The top is a little bit tighter on me as I'm usually an M (34D cup) and and S for the bottom in Glowmode sizing. The material is lovely, has a velvety feel to it and sticks to your skin well so they stay put when exercising. I don't have to keep pulling my pants up unlike other gym pants I have.

Wish i had gotten an XL but XXL is more comfy for casual wear. I wish the bike shorts came separately bc I was just looking for the bike shorts to wear with my oversized shirts.

Wish I ordered this during summer! Comfortable and absorbs sweats.
