The XL fits me well but I should have gotten L for this so it's a bit tighter and that way more support. However, since there is a clip, it helps tighten the bra offering more support. I don't have to worry about my ladies bouncing as I jog. Got this free from playing Puppy Keep.

I am not sure about the support and I think this is because iIam in between 2 sizes so it does not give me the right support I wanted but would be ok for light exercise (iIam a 36DD).

An excellent quality sports bra I really recommend getting this kind. My size in shirts is medium and I got the xl to very comfortable in it and it was just perfect
