Just came back from a 3mi run wearing this jacket! The weather outside is 30F. This jacket is amazing! It kept me warm and sweaty and it has a lot of vents on the sides for the sweats. It is truly wind resistant and the cold air cannot get through it. I only wore a short-sleeve Swiftly under this jacket and I didn’t feel cold at all during my run! For the record I’m 5’2, 130lbs and medium size fits me perfectly. But I like a fitted look. If you want a looser fit, you need to go up a size.
