I loooove this skirt! the quality is very nice but it’s not spandex it’s a cotton material . It’s super comfy and I love the built in shorts. It is on the shorter side and you can wear it high rise , mid, or low rise . I love the elastic waist band if has a lot of room for stretch but also hugs .
