This needs a bra there are no pads for this. In my opinion it can be worn both ways the back strap is not part of the outfit. Material is soft and beautiful GLOW-MODE dis not disappoint

Very good fit. Sized up one number and fits me well. I never wear M on tops, but with glowmode , size up it’s a must. No cups attached.
