This is high quality stuff. I bought something from t.j Maxx and just couldn't deal and purchased this one. It's thick. It's a little longer than my mat which I appreciate and I love love love using it during my hot yoga sessions.

Very helpful and a must have. Rather than carrying towels to the gym, you can use it to cover the mats and it keeps ypu from slipping while working out or during pilates.

Nive towel it covers my Matt and protect it from stains. The corner part is useful since clings to the corners of the mat and stays put
