it has a built in underwear its not like one piece only shorts its a bit thick for higher absorption but i excepted it to come as one piece not an underwear inside shorts

I love glowmode products but did not like this one the thong under the short is too thick like a diaper

Very good material and comfy very suitable for heavy flow leakage I hope you make without stitching

Really great reusable menstrual underwear. I feel like the ones out of this brand. These ones are the best ones. Easy to wash and cold water and I hang them up to dry so that way they stay in good condition.

Super soft material, will be buying more soon, recommend it. looks just like the picture. Such a smart design for women on their period wanting to work out. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

they feel kinda weird but worth the uncomfortable feeling if i am sure no leaks would happen
