The top is a little bit tighter on me as I'm usually an M (34D cup) and and S for the bottom in Glowmode sizing. The material is lovely, has a velvety feel to it and sticks to your skin well so they stay put when exercising. I don't have to keep pulling my pants up unlike other gym pants I have.
