These are so nice for running. High quality with multiple pocket options. I ordered up in size and the elastic on the waist is still quite tight. I’m in a size 10-12us pants and the XL fits really well in length but a little tight in the waistband. If you size up, there is a built-in tye if you need to tighten up as well in the waist.
